CORPORATE DIRECTORS

The Friends of Bennett Cemetery, Inc. was chartered as a Texas non-profit corporation March 12, 2001. On that date our Certificate of Incorporation (Charter Number 01624752) was issued. The management of the corporation is vested in its seven-member board of directors who serve for three years and/or until his or her successor is elected and qualified. Directors serve without compensation. Current board members reside in Dallas, Hallettsville, Houston, Mesquite, Palacios, San Antonio, and Shiner.
